The latter is fixed to the bodywork with 4 screws so that, in the event of impact, the whole mirror housing (complete, including the arm), would come away from the plate fixed to the bodywork.<\/p>\n<p>We have several models of interior rear view mirrors:<\/p>\n<h4>Oval interior rear view mirrors<\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1872\" src=\"https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/espejo-interior-oval-4-2-300x215.jpg\" alt=\"Oval interior rear view mirrors for lorries\" width=\"300\" height=\"215\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/espejo-interior-oval-4-2-300x215.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/espejo-interior-oval-4-2-768x551.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/espejo-interior-oval-4-2.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Our oval rear view mirrors have a main body made in Nylon 6, with a <strong>perfectly shaped cavity to house the mirror<\/strong>. A mirror support is incorporated to the main housing with 4 countersunk screws and the mirror is fixed to said support with double-sided adhesive.<\/p>\n<p>An arm support is fixed to the back of the main housing of the interior rear view mirror using an Allen wrench; this support acts as a hinge when adjusting the mirror to either side and also <strong>secures the arm in place<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Rectangular rear view mirrors<\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1848\" src=\"https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/espejo-rectangular-5-1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Rectangular rear view mirrors for lorries\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/espejo-rectangular-5-1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/espejo-rectangular-5-1-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/espejo-rectangular-5-1.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>These mirrors are rectangular in shape and are designed and manufactured in the sizes provided by the customer. They come fitted with a rear mounting arm. The mirror is fixed to a steel plate with a rubber surround to give it a <strong>pleasant appearance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Round interior rear view mirrors<\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1840\" src=\"https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/espejo-interior-redondo-4-1-300x215.jpg\" alt=\"Round interior rear view mirrors for lorries\" width=\"300\" height=\"215\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/espejo-interior-redondo-4-1-300x215.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/espejo-interior-redondo-4-1-768x551.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/espejo-interior-redondo-4-1.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><br \/>\nThese rear view mirrors are manufactured in the diameter requested by the customer, in order to <strong>adapt to the vehicle dimensions<\/strong>. They have rear metal mounting arms for securing them in place according to the desired design.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"componentes\" class=\"ancla\">Components<\/h3>\n<p>As well as the <strong>integral manufacture<\/strong> of rear view mirrors for buses, at INDUSTRI we also separately design and manufacture a number of parts for exterior and interior rear view mirrors.<\/p>\n<p>These components and spare parts for the rear view mirrors of buses and coaches are essential for them to <strong>function perfectly<\/strong>. Among them you will find actuators, joystick-type switches, dovetails and mirror glass.<\/p>\n<p>We have the following components for the rear view mirrors of lorries:<\/p>\n<h4>Dovetails<\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1944\" src=\"https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/cola-de-milano-2-1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Dovetails for lorries\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/cola-de-milano-2-1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/cola-de-milano-2-1-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/cola-de-milano-2-1.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>There are <strong>different systems for mounting rear view mirrors<\/strong> on the bus body, depending on the model of rear view mirror.<\/p>\n<p>For fixed, non-adjustable rear view mirrors we use <strong>male and female dovetails<\/strong>. Both are made in aluminium, injected or gravity die cast, and cannot be adjusted or moved in any way while the vehicle is in use. The male dovetail is fixed to the lorry structure and the female to the rear view mirror.<\/p>\n<h4>Switches<\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1932\" src=\"https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/interruptor-2-1-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Switches for lorries\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/interruptor-2-1-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/interruptor-2-1-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/interruptor-2-1.jpg 800w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Thanks to these joystick-type switches, the driver can adjust the rear view mirrors from inside the bus without leaving their seat, making the adjustment easier and safer.<\/p>\n<h4>Mirror glass<\/h4>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1924 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/placa-de-espejo-1-2.jpg\" alt=\"Mirror glasses for lorries\" width=\"315\" height=\"230\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/placa-de-espejo-1-2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/placa-de-espejo-1-2-300x219.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.industri-sl.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/placa-de-espejo-1-2-768x562.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 315px) 100vw, 315px\" \/>Mirror glass and its housing is designed to <strong>meet the needs of the customer<\/strong>, of the rear view mirror model and of the lorry itself.<\/p>\n<p>Mirror glass comes in different sizes and with different curvatures.
