Side blinds for passengers/cable-guided
We make blinds for passenger carriages which are completely integrated to the train fairing. They are delivered completely assembled, making this a blind that reduces costs and is easy to handle.
Designed to require low maintenance; also, in the event of having to change the fabric, the process can be completed fast and easily.
The blind has two side guides for moving the curtain up and down and a connecting section to make the fabric harder wearing. Newly designed supports are fitted to the top of the guide for easy installation of the tube containing the blind fabric.
Blinds with central division
This type of blind means that every window seat on a passenger train has its own curtain. With this kind of blind, each passenger will have their own curtain and can move it into in the position of their choice. Designed from the outset to prevent light from entering the carriage when completely lowered.
The aluminium section in the centre of the window means that it can be divided into two equal parts, also meaning that it can be used as a guide for each passenger’s blinds.
At INDUSTRI we specialise in the manufacture of all kinds of blinds for trains and the railway industry in general, including spring-operated blinds for trains. We design, prototype and produce spring-operated blinds to meet the needs and technical characteristics indicated by the customer.
Our spring-operated blinds meet safety and quality standards, and can be manufactured in different colours and weights.
We manufacture all our blinds to meet our customers’ specifications, including the electrically-operated options. These blinds come with a matt black anodized aluminium exterior headrail to protect the fabric.
We employ different types of tubular motors depending on the use to be made of the roller blind. They can also be made without a headrail when the blind is concealed inside the train structure. This reduces the blind dimensions.
Mechanically-operated blinds are fitted with a spring-operated mechanism and a pull cord to raise or lower them. This cord can be fitted on the left or the right of the blind.
Likewise, if the blind is to be concealed in the train structure, it can be manufactured without a headrail. In these cases it comes with an idler rather than a spring-operated mechanism.
The fabrics used to make the blinds comply with fire and smoke regulations for the railway industry. We have a wide range of fabrics with different weights and colours for all kinds of railway.
